3-Year Warranty
Covers internal operating mechanisms, control chains, brackets, and headrails against manufacturing defects or mechanical failure.
1-Year Warranty
Covers stitching integrity, hemming, and significant fabric flaws. Also covers electric motors and remote controls.
What is Covered?
Our warranty ensures that your window coverings are free from defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly at the time of installation. If a defect is found within the warranty period, Urban Decor will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component free of charge.
What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Accidental Damage: Misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., pulling too hard on cords, pets scratching fabric).
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual fading of fabrics due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight over years.
- Alterations: Modifications made to the product by anyone other than an Urban Decor technician.
- Environmental Conditions: Damage from exposure to excessive moisture (mold/mildew) in non-water-resistant products.
